The Oisulli story began in 2015 as a dedicated freelance initiative by Favour Chukwudi Mbeku, later joined by his brother Bob-Luther. This partnership was built on a shared obsession with technical precision. By late 2016, they officially formed Healville in Lagos, Nigeria, uniting their expertise in Web Development and Graphic Design to build a foundation of creative excellence.
As Healville, the brothers scaled from freelancers to a full-service technology provider. They expanded into Strategic Branding and Data Analytics, delivering complex digital tools to a growing international client base. This era proved that family trust combined with technical mastery could transform businesses across borders.
In 2020, the company faced a profound turning point following the tragic passing of Favour. This immense loss brought operations to a critical crossroads. Honoring his brother’s legacy through sheer resilience, Bob-Luther managed the firm through its darkest hours, eventually rebranding in 2023 as Oisulli Tech Labs—a strategic evolution designed for the global stage.
Today, Oisulli Tech Labs operates as a premier international agency. In 2025, we achieved a major milestone by launching our German extension, integrating European industrial standards with our decade of technical expertise.
